ITINERARY
DAY 1 - Arrival to Budapest:
Arrival to Budapest

Your guides will wait for you at the airport and transport you to the hotel in Budapest, the capitol city of Hungary. Depends on your arrival and time available, you can discover this beautiful city. We recommend that you arrive a few days prior to the trip, we can offer you programs. In the evening, when all the group members arrive, we all gather for an excellent dinner to get to know each other and the tour guide gives a short briefing about the tour.

DAY 2 - Budapest – Őrség National Park:
Budapest – Őrség National Park

After a nice breakfast in the hotel, we mount our motorbikes and start the tour. First day is for familiarization with the bike, with the country, so the daily distance is not too long. An easy ride around the lake Balaton, on a lovely country roads and beautiful countryside.

The evening will find us in the lovely region in western Hungary, called Őrség.

DAY 3 - Őrség National Park – Plitvice Lakes National Park:
Őrség National Park – Plitvice Lakes National Park

A lovely ride continues. We leave Hungary and ride through Kozjanski National Park in Slovenia. Leaving Slovenia we arrive in Croatia, still on very nice hidden roads. Evening we arrive in Plitvice Lakes National Park, a lovely UNESCO world heritage park, known for it's beautiful collection of waterfalls, lakes, and surrounding forestry.

DAY 4 - Plitvice Lakes National Park – Zadar:
Plitvice Lakes National Park – Zadar

In the morning we discover the thousands lakes and waterfalls of Plitvice. We take a walk on the pathways and see the park which is amazing. At the afternoon we sit on the bikes and leave Plitvice forestry and go south until we reach the see. We spend the night in the region of Zadar, a beautiful old town at the Adriatic Sea.

DAY 5 - Zadar – Dubrovnik:
Zadar – Dubrovnik

A lovely ride on the Adriatic Sea coast. The blue water on the right, the white rocks on the left and many winding curves ahead us. We ride all day like this and have a lunch break in Makarska in a lovely harbour with plenty of restaurants. At the evening we arrive to Dubrovnik, the most famous old town of the Adriatic coast. A walk in the city center after the sunset is really something to remember.

DAY 6 - Dubrovnik – Kotor bay:

On this day we leave Croatia, drive through Bosnia and Herzegovina, and arrive in Montenegro on a beautiful road with fantastic scenery. Between the two borders there is one of the most stunning and beautiful view you just can imagine. In Montenegro we visit Ostrog Monastery, a most visited church of the Balkans, built into the rocks. Our stay for the night is again at the coast of the Adriatic sea.

DAY 7 - Kotor bay – Zabljak:

Montenegro from coast to the hills. We ride lovely roads on the coast at the morning, and take the fantastic view to the Kotor bay on the way to the Lovcen National Park and the Njegos Mausoleum at the top of the Jezerski Vrh (1657m). 'Only' 461 steps up on a stairway to the entry where two granite giantesses guards the tomb of Montenegro's greatest hero. Inside, under a golden mosaic canopy, Petar II Petrović Njegoš rests in the wings of an eagle, carved from a single block of black granite. You will not forget the amazing panorama from the balcony of the mausoleum. In the afternoon we drive along the Tara River Canyon, the deepest canyon in Europe. The canyon is 82 kilometre long, and at its deepest point is around 1,300 meters (4,300 feet) deep. These parameters makes Tara River Canyon one of the deepest river canyons in Europe, and indeed the world. We will ride over the canyon on a Tara Bridge, and if you are brave enough, you can fly over the canyon on a zipline too.

DAY 8 - Zabljak - Sarajevo:

We start the day in the Durmitor National Park right at the morning, it will amaze you with its unique aura! Region of Durmitor is the most important part of Dinara range of mountains characterized by high tops, abundant forests, deep gorges. The National Park is bordered by Rivers Piva and Tara between which there are 23 mountain tops over 2300 meters of altitude. So we ride across this miracle and then we leave Montenegro behind riding in a breath-taking Piva Canyon. In Bosnia and Herzegovina we visit Mostar and walk through its world famous old bridge. This iconic building was destroyed in the Balkan war in the early nineties, but fortunately it was rebuilt. But several other buildings still bear the wounds of the Balkan war. After a good lunch we ride on in the valley of Neretva to Sarajevo, the „Jerusalem of the Balkans”. It is the only major European city to have a mosque, Catholic church, Orthodox church and synagogue within the same neighbourhood.

DAY 9 - Sarajevo - Budapest:
Sarajevo - Budapest

Headed north, this fairytale motorcycle trip around the Balkans has to finish at some point. But before we drop off the bikes we take a good ride from Sarajevo to Budapest. The Bosnian winding forest roads gives really a joy of a ride, and you will want this ride would never end.

DAY 10 - Budapest:

Day of departure or in case of a longer stay optional programs like sightseeing in Budapest on bus, boat, or by foot, feasible... Any dreams can come true (almost ), we organize any wish, just let us know!

On this tour you can ride your own motorbike or you can rent one. If you are taking the tour with your own bike, before the tour please make sure all the documents and insurance for your bike are in order. Liability insurance (Green Card) is required. Due to lack of Green Card (a proof of liability insurance) or any documents you can not even enter to certain counrties! Your motorbike must be technically prepared for the tour: tires, brakes, good general condition essential If you want to rent a motorcycle:
